Does anyone have experience with their paypal being limited? Mine got limited about a week ago, and it was asking for proof of identity. I sent in the proof of identity the same day but I haven't heard anything back. I haven't sold anything on the account, and mostly just bought random shit for games and some stuff on this site. It has $170 in it so i would like for it to get unlimited. Does any one have some advice?

edit: i did do a nvidia dispute like 2months ago

probably the nvidia dispute. many people are this reporting here atm. look around in this section.

Hey guys, any help is appreciated for me as well, this is a personal account which was limited for 180 days, I don't care about waiting 180 days. I just want to know, will they send an email and actually allow me to withdraw after the wait, or is my $490 gone? I am so worried right now, I can't sleep at night because it happened yesterday. Please help me.

Yes, you will be able to take out the money after 180 days. I have more than 5k in my account that just got limited.

i didnot do anykind of dispute i am just uber refer selller people send me payments ,dont know why paypal limiting my account.

Yeah but why does it gets limited when recieving and sending money.. it is supposed to do that!

You'll be fine. I've had multiple accounts limited for 180 days. I was able to withdraw all the money after the wait time.

My account got permanently limited. Tried to email them they wont give me information on details, just that i wouldnt be able to reverse it. It's a few years old the account already had all documents. Did paypal dispute a few months back.

Is there any way for me to get a permanently limited account fixed?

Same, mine was limited and they just told me they closed it. Is it worth trying to open another account or will they know?
