While I do believe that he shouldn't do it to an individual I still believe that nobody here who Refunds/SE can be overly hostile to him. If I steal $100 from bill gates and then I still $100 from a hobo those are both still equally wrong, just one has more dire consequences. an ebay seller can get refunded, be negative in paypal, not have the money to pay back the debt, get it sent to collections and then have their credit fucked .
or they pay back the debt and cant eat or pay their next bill. my mom used to sell stuff on ebay just to pay her bills because she got let go from a good job as a dental hygienist. and was barley able to pay them doing ebay, I got a job to help her out. if she got refunded I would of went to the address personally and beat their ass.

As I said, stealing $100 from both people is shitty all around, just has different consequences from the people who you steal from. Stealing in the first place isn't cool. Legally it is the same, you'd still be prosecuted and go to jail for the same amount of time. I think its fucked up but I won't judge him because I know i'm doing the same.

this section of the website is for fraud and scamming, if you don't like it why are you even here? yes its the same crime and for that very reason why would you fuck over a singer person and not a multi million dollar company. also you are more likely to get caught fucking over a normal seller as most of them take precautions against scammers such as recording the packing and shipping process, while like I said before the big company can just write the loss off in taxes and regain the money, it will cost them more to find and prosecute you then it would just taking the L.
