Does anyone have any personal experience with any paypal alternatives

Do not need to explain why I am looking for alternatives, I think it is fairly straight forward

Here is what i miss the most
1.) Email notifications for any online/instore purchases
2.) Paypal credit
3.) Paypal debit card
4.) The fact that I do not get charged the same day and it takes a business day or two to take it out of my account ( this does not really matter and was more of a thing when I was younger, but sometimes it comes in handy )

if anyone knows of any site that supports any of these features please let me know

I am really looking for something along the lines of email notifcations anytime a instore or online payment is made ( which means they need to have some type of debit card offering )
