Cant make accounts@!???? Help

ok so i was gone for a while and come back and my account was banned so i was like whatever and try to make a new account when i clicked submit it said system error im not ip banned cause i used an ip changer proxy sites here is a screen shot of what im getting http://www.mpgh.net/forum/attachment...1&d=1273066037

There's a maintence prob that's why choob.

no its not dumb*** its been like that for about 2-3 weeks

This could be either:

-Nexon`s server is too crowded.
-You have too many alternative accounts.
-Your Internet Protocol (IP) Address is banned.
-Your Hardware banned (Or for your term; MAC Address Banned).

I have a new account if u want it or i can make u want just pm me

well im just making accounts at my friends house so dont worry about it but is there a way to become un hardware banned?
