printing issue with canon printer

I have recently brought a new Canon PIXMA TS3170 printer but it pushes me in trouble with its worst printing quality. I am not able to understand for which reason this printing issue arises, I also tried to contact Canon Support but yet not get any proper solution of this kind of printing issue that is why am here to get the solution from this community.
