I can usually do 2 benches at the same time but sometimes the park bench is heavier then the normal benches I'm used too, so I just do one regularly.

Weighted workouts are way better for developing muscle mass since you have exercises that targets each head/side of a muscle + you can add more weight weekly so you'll gain more force. Training with the same weight for more time won't help you a lot. Gym is as healthier as weight training if you use correct form and shoulder-friendly exercises.

pai ai dreptate, but a lot of times, people tend to over-train and bench a lot more than their bones and muscles can handle, they start shaking and at the smallest wrong movement they can pull their muscles. If you take it easy and don't give your body more than it can handle, yes weight lifting is also healthy

Hey that's not bad considering that only took you a month. When I started I was able to lift 15k only after 2 months of training. I've been lifting for a year and 4 months now, slowly building up the weights.
