Just want to know the risk of being banned if i firmware hack my 360.
Ill fully stealth patch them and stuff, But still, Can i be banned?

I've firmware flashed my 360, and I've had it for over 5 months now, and my collection of games is ever-growing and I still haven't been banned.
If you stealth-patch your games then you have a 95% of getting away with it.
If you stealth-patch AND VERIFY your games then you have a 99.99& of getting away with it.
