Reason for dispute: He is acting like a little kid, resigned from mod position and now he thinks he can do whatever he wants.

Reason he is abusing reputation system is because he deleted my thread that was waiting approval. His reason was that I did not include contact details which is in fact INCORRECT as I have 100% included "Add me to IM" and linked it with IM tags. And yes, out of the anger I also -rep'd him 10 mins ago.

Also, just for your information @Shadow - "Talks shit but begs for free stuff lol." does not make sense to anyone so you should sit down and think for a second. Offering a vouch for a service that is new on the forums is not "begging" for free stuff.

The reason why I negative repped this retard

I had a negative interaction with this user and negative repped him. Blaming me for his wrongdoings when he hadn't included the required requirements. If you message me with the same shit you said again I'd probably negative rep you again if I could. What an idiot you are.

Maybe someone, who can actually read could my check thread that was deleted? I don't even care about the thread to be honest, it is a matter of a principle at this point.

Direct interaction through flaming, therefore de-reputation is valid. It is in his right to de-rep you, as it is in yours. Thread deletions have nothing to do with reputation disputes. You go to staff disputes for that. Deletion was valid though FYI.

Also know flaming can get you banned btw. Consider this a warning for both of you.
