PayPal is always buyer friendly if seller doesn't have strong proof that he delivered item (INR case), in case of Item not Described specially for virtual item sellers tend to loose in 90% of time. So, go back to Paypal page and read what is covered by buyer protection, if service is considered in it then you will get your money back without problem. I am telling you this because buyer protection policy is different, somewhere services are covered somewhere not, but mostly are. About user above who said that his friend doesn't bother about pp disputes he is so sarcastic because PP disputes are pain in ass for every seller.
