hash (#) v3 - premium external multi-cheat

Preface:
This external cheat was built over the course of a week during my free time.
Emphasis on sleek visuals and powerful functionality was put in mind during its development.
I hope it can continue to be curated over the coming weeks. Enjoy!

Instructions:
1. Download and extract
2. Run the application (run as admin to avoid potential issues)
3. You should be greeted with a loading interface
4. Use the menu or config to apply settings/features

Notes:
- Please report any bugs and feedback to me!
- A default configuration file should be created upon initial launch of the application
- You may start the application before or after launching csgo.exe
- Estimated application longevity: ~1-2 weeks
- Credits to ocornut for imgui

Changes:
- Auto-pistol will no longer fire when alt-tabbed
- Revolver disabled when using auto-pistol
- Previously broken weapons should now work with triggerbot/autopistol
- You can now unbind hotkeys with ESC

Upcoming Changes:
- Menu hide/show hotkey
- Danger zone support
- Aimbot humanized features (better smoothing, etc)
