got banned

i got banned on escape from tarkov, the funny thing is. i wasnt even cheating lol...

quite a stupid system they have going on there, id understand and be okay if i was cheating but i literally was not cheating.

If you weren't cheating can't you open a legit case with support and get the ban lifted?
