Premium(Paid) menus are your safest bet. Many of them have little to no ban rates. If you are using a free mod, try to use some sort of ban protection (you can look it up, Make sure it is recent) and try not to use a free mod unless it has only released with the last few days, using it after it has been out for even a week can be pushing it sometimes as a lot of people will have already used it and the chance of detection is much higher.
