Get ya dicks out bois bc I'm cookin' up some grub.
Today we are cooking:
1.5lb Ribeye steak (Medium rare)
6oz Salmon fillet
10 Shrimp - skewered
(No veggies bc I ain't no bitch)
(jk I forgot to buy broccoli)
-
Get ya ingredients:
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
Garlic Powder
Olive Oil
Butter
Parsley flakes (Use fresh instead if able)
(optional) Lemon to squeeze on salmon
-
Preparations:
Get ya food outta the fridge, allow the steak and the salmon fillet to rise to room temperature, usually 30 minutes will do the trick. This allows more even cooking throughout the meats.

Seasoning time bayyybeeeee
It's simple as hell, just Salt and Pepper for the steak, then Salt, Pepper, and Garlic for the Salmon & Shrimp. But use paper towels BEFORE seasoning to absorb the extra moisture on the surface of the meats. You want these to be as moisture free on the surface as you can get, so when you put it in the pan you get a good sear.
I like using parchment paper to season my food on, but you can use a plate as well.

Cooking
Toss a little bit of olive oil in your pan, just enough to coat the bottom, and heat it up to medium-high heat.
We want the pan to be RIPPING hot, but not so hot (max heat) that it'll sear the steak in 30 seconds and not cook the inside.
Once you place the steak in the pan, if you don't immediately hear it sizzling, you fucked up and should give up, jk, just take it out and wait for it to get hotter. Give the steak about 2 1/2 minutes to cook on that side, then flip to the other side. After, toss in a couple small knobs of butter, let it melt, and baste
Afterwards, take your tongs and grab the steak and sear the sides, then take it out, plate it, and cover with aluminium foil to keep hot while you're cooking the other two.
(I forgot to take pictures of cooking the salmon and shrimp, but pretty much toss that bitch in the pan, let it sear skin side first, then flip it over and within 4 minutes it's donzo. The shrimp cook fast as fuck, toss it in the pan, 30 seconds each side, donzo.)

Lastly, plate the fuck up and enjoy.
