Survivor Speed Increase

Hello there, is there a way to increase a survivors run speed to 110%?

I ask this cuz

A.) I want this and
B.) I run Bond/Empathy every game and I notice how some players will literally loop the player for near the entirety of the round

When I'm busy working away on a generator, I can see that the Survivor is able to just stay ahead / circle jungle gyms without the killer ever able to keep up. While I'm sure there are lots of legit players, I can't help but fathom that some of the players are using a hack that makes them run faster, but not obviously faster...

Is there a Hope perk hack that let's it run the whole round?

They are just optimal at looping. Git gud, it's not hard.

If you get good pallet spawns on a big map, you can loop the killer for 4-5 gens. You have to scout the map before hand, get a bad killer, and know how to loop/mind game. Watch some survivor mains on twitch, you'll see them do it often.

Problem with the vid is that when u used sprint u dont regen from exhausted while running so it is not valid i think.

also killer is not good at all - kept going to chainsaw when he finally caught up with the claudette so she doesnt get smacked - seems like a fake video to me..

that was worth watching LOL the map actually had pallets.. i get he opposite maps with basically none
