so refund and se services are banned then? that can be charged as mail or wire fraud. Other people have been? i also mentioned many other things and not all of them are blackhat. what im pointing out is the security involing im and hoping to invoke a conversation about this

ok but then what do you say about the people who have been charged with mail or wire fraud for the same things that are being done on these fourms? Lieing and saying you did not get something or lieing to a company to make money is fraud plane and simple . just becuase we think they wont proscute does not change the fact that it is still fraude.

your still missing my point, yes that is blackhat but se and refunding are still fraud. I can post links if neccesary of real people on other sites facing charges if you disagree that this is not illegal

There are many SE and refund service here on mpgh.. if they were not allowed they would not exist.

no thats not my point, Again what i am saying is these services maybe allowed on this fourm but these services are illegal. Refunding and seing can be charged with mail fraud , wire fraud etc etc.

I am asking what happens when the police want to charge someone , maybe a vendor on here or long time user. Does mpgh keep logs of all conversations?

This compilation took me 5 minutes if i had the time or someone else did they can find a much longer or detailed list then me and actually investigate it, not sure the accuracy of all of these my only point is it happens and it is something people should be thinking about, and even if this wasn't an issue. Asking about the use of logs and the policy on how logs would be handled should not be an out their request given the grayish area of these forums, for example both of us offer services which have us doing things that at the minimum are untrue (lying about the condition of something or the receipt of something) regardless the point again being i feel concerned since we advertise on this site so freely that we will help people commit fraud and we will actually carrier it out for them for a fee. Another example is the fit bit and nests services that require account take overs...

If we are forced to us im then i think there should be more transparency about how our data is stored and share perhaps the implementation of using end to end encryption like signal or a similar concept and at the minimum i think mpgh should be like nulled where you have to be registered to see the marketplace section. i know its not a complete solution but every bit helps. I mean at this point nothing stops and undercover from making accounts on this site and using the information here to prosecute people or attempt to "entrap them"

The point isnt weather people have been charged yet the point of my post was to shine light on the potential issue before it happens and to help everyone here and myself stay safe be reguardless our disagreements it would not be good for either of us or anyone else here to get doxed and then charged.
