They are not so hard to comprehend
Load the cheat after you have opened the game
Press Shift and Insert button at the same time to change your navigation keys meaning the function keys or the numpad keys(whichever you select) will help you toggle on settings.
If you choose function keys..you can toggle with the keys on the top of your keyboard(F1, F2, F3...so on)
If you choose numpad keys...You can toggle with the keys on the right-most side of your keyboard ( 1,2,3...so on)

I would like to follow these instructions. when i press shift insert my application doesnt change. i hear noises but nothing changes in the window unless i press 9 on right num pad

hmm...Are you playing on a PC or a Laptop?
If you're playing on a laptop you have to press Shift + Fn(the function enabler key) + Insert to change the navigation keys
If you're using a PC...the options should be easily available accessed via numpads
Tell me if you press numpad key 3 or F4..does it change the value of Glow esp from (0) to (1)?

P.S don't use this version anymore. It does not work. Try it with the new version
