Thats a cool logo, wonderful design, I just have some thoughts on it which I have mentioned below.
Just my idea, no offence. Its a cool logo 
The hats could be like red and yellow color triangles
The lower hand could be placed as if on the circle
The Letters in the 2nd line could be made more readable.
