is saw a video on youtube a dude hosting a game like he had an ac130 view always and in the center of the screen green letters appear with like an admin message and sh!t so i wonder is something like that released if so how do i do it?

Google "GSC scripting". That should help you. BTW most of the time the mods are for XBOX 360 so I guess they use "+usereload" for their reload command, but PC uses "+reload" so have fun scripting!
