Couple of months old legit paypal account (2-3 months), sold something online for 2k and tried to transfer funds to the bank. Paypal asked 3 things:
1. receipt of items
2. tracking info
3. reason for selling item at lower price.

Even though I provided all of these immediately, paypal limited my account by saying I was inconsistent with their User Agreement. Can someone help me to get rid of this limitation please ?
