Reason for dispute: I haven't done anything on this thread to receive negative rep, at the time it was in accordance with MPGH ToS. And I don't think I should be personally penalized when I gave him negative rep for being insensitive to the mentally challenged and throwing around retard like there's something wrong with being born with a different amount of genes than everyone else.

People crying about warnings and people who go out there way to negative rep me and talk shit in the rep and get mad when I return the favor? like Jesus don't dish out shit you can't take back ? just restore the man rep...
Especially as staff, you should know that the proper way to handle invalid rep is to make a dispute thread here, not to also do the wrong thing and give invalid rep back.

Like I said it's not even that serious just restore the rep and lets go on with the day. It has nothing to do with professionalism

to be fair I didnt know about this section. Sorry shit always have to get out of hand. Lets just drop it here before stuff gets out of hand per usual.

We both violated this as neither of us were interacting with each other. He told me he hoped people jumped me for calling the guy retarded. I retaliated because I know of his hatred for me.
My request is just to restore both reps. I'll even rep him to kill the beef.
