Need help: How do i upload Avatar & How do i Edit Posts?

^ All in the Title
I have looked around, and cant find where to upload my Avatar, or how to Edit my posts.

Avatar, Profile and Signature settings are in your User CP ( below the mpgh logo at top of page )

Yeah, i know how to edit all my details / Signature. I just dont see Avatar Anywhere in User CP

And i thought thats where Edit was supposed to be... i dont see that either. Is there a Post Requirement or something?

You may have to verify your email if you haven't already..
