As the title says, we are once more, looking for VIP Support staff.
What does VIP support do?
Well as obvious as the name makes it sound, you are responsible for a lot more. You provide assistance, instructions, and information, to current and interested VIP members. You will guide them and troubleshoot any problems they might have with the use of our VIP services.
Requirements
Activity is a MUST! You must be willing and able, to TeamView any VIPs that require assistance. Patience, you will have to deal with foreign people, so you must have a lot of patience and good communication skills.Understanding of basic hack, injections, and authorization systems, to better aid in any troubleshoot situations.

What does VIP support do?

Keep in mind you may experience computers in foreign languages. It's helpful to know where things are without having to read them. Its a very rigorous job but when they thank you, its worth it.

Any PC Skills: I know how hacks work if i make them.
What makes me fit for VIP Support: Troubleshooting hacks is definitely not a problem. Most of the time I try to help people out, especially when it comes to hack problems. I've have been and used MPGH VIP hacks and know how they operate; system authentication and injection. If there are any mandarin speaking customers, I am pretty fluent in that language.

Activity : Uhh. I am available for VS for 5-6 hours on weekdays (after Uni)
on weekends and Friday i am usually on for 8 hours or so (i sleep late.. these timeslots are real)
Why do you want to be VS:
I have lots of experience in helping people, i know what errors are caused by what. I helped lots of people in the CA help section. I am friendly, and i also know 3 languages (English, French and Chinese.. not too pro at the last 2 but i will be able to communicate with someone 4 years in high school studying them) I also have 1 XP, 2 Vistas and one Windows 7 computer.
I have some knowledge of C++, No-Life CA player and I've been here at MPGH for a while, and lots of people know me xD.
I can even go into making MPGH CA VIP videos if required. Rez editing is also one of my ... skills. So is making batch files o.o
I will download other games with VIP (AVA, SA, CF etc...) within a few hours of the request.
I will be willing to TV anyone and help them solve their problems. I swear I will fulfil my duties as a VS if selected.

Any PC skills: I started to code small stuff like .vbs and .bat files. But tbh, the only thing i don't know about computers is coding. I can get hacks for my computer to work, which is vista. Pretty simple just ask them what they haven't got that they need. If that doesn't work i TV them, see if they're doing anything wrong. You get the idea.
What makes you fitting for VIP support: Pretty active, know how hacks work, won't bother sending pm's to people....
