Proxy for an Apple TV app?

So there’s a sports app on my Apple TV.

It has two different packages depending on if I use a Canadian or German vpn. Since Apple TV doesn’t allow vpn, I have to turn on my pc then set a vpn hot spot and connect to that. It kills my speed. Can’t I just use two proxies instead. How much should I look to pay?
