i opened csgo - injector - wrote osisis - nothing happened in game.

Run injector as admin and type Osiris in make sure cs open before

Done that mate. still nothing happens. injector just says "injected" then closes.

i want to ask, what does fake prime do? is it undetected? and is it make us a prime?

All cheats are undetected just for a little while, as times goes on the chances of getting detected increases, at most you can use the cheat a day after the release further than that is more risky.
You can only be prime if you reach level 21 or you buy a prime badge, there is no such thing as fake prime
