KOTH level/XP cheats

Looking for cheats for the Code four gaming servers since everyone uses them. It would be nice if I had some money cheats also but I really just want the XP. I saw some guy posted a while ago that he had a server that he hosts to get the XP. I'm also wondering if there would be any compensation if I do get banned.
