Adidas Refund Scammed?

I paid some refunded off to do refund my Adidas Order. He said he had to go in store and the refund takes around but less then 30 days. Is this true or did I just get scammed?

If you paid in advance you got scammed.
It is a marketplace rule that refunders have to take payment AFTER the refund is complete.
