0. For the program to work, you need .NET Framework 4.7.2
1. Need bypass fiddler https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1493903 @flynn1
2. Extract all files to any folder
2. Extract all files to any folder
3. Open file MessageSpammer.exe
4. Copy your bhvrSession and press Lock
5. Press Create party
6. After in tab "Message" Enter any message
7. Insert steam 64 of the person over whom this will all happen and press Find
8. Press double click on id
9. Paste id to tab User ID and press Send
