lineageOS is the best I have tried out of many. Used it on like 5 or 6 Samsungs and it was so smoooooth. Can suggest it 
I currently have LineageOS on my OnePlus One, and considering moving on to GrapheneOS, which is more secure. It only runs on a few phones though, but it's perfect for Google Pixel 3 and 3a.
