So, to start with I'm relatively fresh to the hacking and coding in general. SO far i only wrote simple cv based bots and macros, as well as selenium bots (that's as botting and hacking goes), recently i got targeted by a Minecraft player who utilized an x-ray pack. I decided to develop the countermeasure, since i was told that dynamic memory of Minecraft holds coordinates to the players in loaded chunks around you. I decided to go with python since im almost fluent with it and part of its libraries. After some tries i succeeded in reading memory, but in order to locate the desired address i would need somehow to get list or dictionary containing all of the process associated memory pointers. How would i go about that? I have pywin32, ctypes.witypes, psutil at my disposal.
