How to use?

Can you tell me where can I find the file on my mobile?

Adds the maximum level to all characters, opens all perks, and even those that are not yet available. It's a shame that items can not be added =(

does it unlock all characters as well?

It's not a Mobile save, you can use this pc save file but pretty risky.. The mobile save has different file stucture then PC.

there's no rage and there are more chances to get banned if caught, I made my save file with everything legit and wasn't lazy to just copy a PC savefile.
