Hacks just not working out

I used hacks before and I just bought a new computer. Win7 64 bit. No matter wat i do hacks dont work. I downloaded Directx 9 and .netframe 4.0. Still no luck. I also got the msv100 file into my ca and system 32 folder like some old hacks needed, whats wrong, any helps, thx. O and used red dragon and valkrye to test and all possible hacks there on MPGH.

what exactly is happening? be more specific, like is it crashing?
