Config requires HQ proxies if you want a high CPM,it will work with public proxies but very slowly.
Additionally, HQ combolists are recommended as well because with low CPM you can only check so many lines so it's better to make them count. Config captures plan & country and those two captures are the only you will need.
It needs to be used with Anomaly version of openbullet which can be found here: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1511207
