I had trouble with the crouching generation box glitch.
Im better off with the standing box glitch so great tutorial.

Almost everyone knew that...

W&S is better and u dont have to jump twice ,jump then crouch and then tab w&s and u get in
its that easy

No, im afraid there is no way to stop it. When you go inside the box, it affects you like falling damage.
