Overwatch Bot

Hi,
Is it safe to use Overwatch bot for gaining experience, or you may get banned?
Have you used any bots personally?
Is there an experience cap for overwatch?

as far as I am aware, overwatch was updated so now it only takes reports from players who are in the same official server / matchmaking game. Any reports that come from outside are still sent back a token but it's not actually registered into overwatch as a report.

You are referring to the report bot; however, I am interested in the overwatch bot.
The OW bot should be able to overview the reported matches on my behalf and detects the malpractice.
