Uplay and Steam bans

So my Rainbow Steam version account got banned and I'm wondering if I buy another steam account and use the same Uplay account would that work?

It is your Uplay account that get banned so same uplay account will not work. You need to use different Uplay account

i get banned once on my Uplay account. I created another new acc and bought R6S there. Its been a month and i can still play. So you will probably get HWID ban on 2nd or 3rd ban
