help with different auto clicker

Hi, I want to make an auto clicker for crossfire. Unlike most auto clickers this would not click at an x and y coordinate at certain timed events but whenever the enemy was lined up with the crosshair. BTW the crosshair is always the center of the screen so technically it would click every time the player was at the center of the screen.

A new pub hack came out with boxes around the players. This could assist with knowing when the opposing player is at the center. could anybody help me code this. leave a response for suggestions and PM me if you can help me code it.
I am not very expirienced so someone with a good knoweledge only is needed.

I am not begging for a hack I just need help making it. Stop with the learn it yuuorself comments becasue if u want me to do that obviously you wont get the hack for a while.
