[FIX WORKING 12/1/2021] Adobe Flash fix

Solution 1:

Just reverse your time to a date before January 12 (The Expiration Date) and Grimoire will continue working again
But don't go too far back otherwise there will be issues relating to system time

But like, using Flash past it's EOL date (End of Life) is illegal and Flash in general is unsecure, do this fix at your own risk.

Solution 2:

RunAsDate, a program that does namesay, search for it on your preferred search engine.

Can confirm, Grimoire 3.8+ as well as Marvin's AQ Trainer runs with RunAsDate, as well as every other AE game

...excepting MechQuest. Can't run that game with all of the three different trainers I have, namely SpookMQ 6.5, Thunder's MechQuest Trainer 1.6 and MQDab

I've posted a Grimoire 3.8+ PRO version that's still working on my computer, hopefully it works for everyone else. I haven't had any issues at all with it, haven't had to adjust my date at all or anything of the sort.
Just waiting on staff approval for the download to become public.

Disconnected

I ran Grimoire 3.8 Pro 1.7.7, and this happened now.

I used runasdate. It was working a few hours but now you get disconnected.

Again, AQLite works. I don't have Cetera but it'll probably considering it is also from 133spider.

Both AQLite and Cetera work regardless of RunAsDate or Date Manipulation because spider's applications use a clientside version of Adobe Flash Player to run the game.

Flash player is integrated into the client using the pepper flash player DLL file. That's why the client is such a large download.

Honestly wish any other trainers in the future adapt to this method in order to futureproof Adobe screwing us over again this time with harsher measures to stop Flash from being run serverside.

same here. whenever i open grimoire through runasdate, first thing that shows is the disconnected thing. but still works after a minute

Guys, today Grimoire is not opening. Until yesterday it was working normally (via RunAsDate). However, at the moment I am posting, Grimoire is not opening. I click to run in RunAsDate and the program window does not appear. Shows for a few seconds in the hidden icon bar and simply disappears. What should I do?
