Planning on upgrading.

I currently have an I9-9900k with an RTX 2080. I want to give it away to my younger brother. I planned on getting a 3080-3090, but I also want to wait and see for the 4k series when that ever comes out. I also plan on getting the latest I9-10k. Any recommendations?

i9-10900K will be worth it, especially because the price is finally dropping on them. However, good luck getting your hands on any 30 series card without spending a fortune.

sheesh, boss man it'd have to also depend on what you normally use your computer for. With the 19-9900k and RTX 2080 it should be able to run every triple A title at decent if not max settings these days.

Id say better wait for a bigger jump in performance, but if you have money to spend then sure buy the newest and greatest thats available rn.
