[Request]Weapon cross mod with heartbeat sensor

Is that possible to make a weapon with the function of a heartbeat sensor but be able to still shoot people? So it'll kinda be like a cham where you see people on the radar when you shoot the gun.

I am a pretty good modder even though i really havent had meny mods posted but i dont think it is possible you would have to hack the rez and that takes microsoft c++
