Well, we're not talking about just the percentage of success.

If a black man graduated from a shit ass no-name college with a 3.0 GPA and a white man graduated from Harvard with a 4.0 GPA and both applied for a job, are you sure the white man would get the position over the black man?

I can see that most of the people at MPGH have no idea what real life is like.

The company has to hire the black man no matter how unqualified he is.

In colleges, there has to be at least 11% blacks.
In jobs, there has to be at least 15% blacks.

Most times, the quota isn't filled, so when they look for applicants, they will weed out all whites and Asians no matter how qualified they are.
