1. Always check if the tutorial you want to post isnt already posted. This prevents 2 or more of the same tutorials.
2. Make sure the info you are posting comes from a trusted source.
3. When giving credit for a tutorial posted, never link the site that the tutorial is hosted on. That is considered advertising. The name of the individual who released the tutorial will suffice.

simply reply to that very topic, providing a link to your tutorial, and what it's about. A mod/minion will add it as soon as possible to the thread.
