osu! Restriction Saver

Before i Start its early in the Morning so sorry for any Spelling errors

But anyway in a Few days me and A group of people will be releasing a Restiction Saver

What it will do it (When open) Will save you from submitting a play that Will get you Restricted (Gaining to Much PP)

This is my first time Releasing a Project this *big* so if there is any Errors Please let me know
