Reddit is a terrible website.

There are multiple placed your can easily buy reddit upvotes for your post. Ususally gets delivered quickly. But the results depend on how big the subreddit is
On a small sub, something like 100 upvotes will take your to the top, But on a large sub that amount wont even make a dent.
