It is not Edward Scissor Hands, although that is a really good movie... It is just the pride and joy of my collection. This one was done entirely from scratch... I did the background as a painting and scanned it onto my computer where I created the figure with the scissors for hands and put him on while using photobucket's magical powers to create a white glow around him. I am amazed at how well this one turned out. If any of you guys want a login screen, you know who to suggest to (that would be me if any one did not already catch on).
INSTRUCTIONS:
{1}. Download the .RAR and open it with winRAR (if you do not have it then get it here:

{2}. Use the RezInject on the UI_SCR_LOADING.rez folder. (If you do not have that as well then get it in this thread: Combat Arms Mods & Rez Modding - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking)
{3}. Take the old UI_SCR_LOADING.rez folder and rename it to UI_SCR_LOADING.rez.BAK or something like that. This is a backup in the event that anything unplanned happens,
{4}. Take the UI_SCR_LOADING.rezNEW and rename it to UI_SCR_LOADING.rez.
{5}. Start up Combat Arms and enjoy.
