RE can't read any .gbot that isn't made specifically with it. At least when I use it, it can't read gbots from/for grimoire 3.8.

Yes. Yes it can for the 100'th time....grimoire 3.8 bots need to be edited by like one setting inside to work. I use plenty and have had plenty of 3.8 gbots work.

Edit one with like notepad/etc

Just completely removing that line also works

Hello, how do I make the GBots work? I plan on using this one: https://www.mpgh.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1452435 but whenever I try to select the file, it shows nothing on Bot Manager so I am unable to start the bot. Can someone please help me with this?

Can you please help me? I've tried deleting the line in a text editor for like two hours now on different gbot files and they refuse to show up. I'm just getting a blank screen.

All of the files have this

and deleting the line "Server": { entirely does nothing

I don't know what the hell I'm doing wrong but it's made my experience with Grimoire a nightmare.

Are you deleting all of the methods content too? So like delete the "Server": { and everything until the next } ?

Feel free to reference the gbots you were trying to change. No 3.8++ gbots will work even with the above technique, only default 3.8.

I might be wrong but if i remember correctly, some older bots have skillsets inside command table, i think that causes the issue

As i've learned to use this trainer. I've grown to really like it quite a bit more and have been using it consistently, but I ran into something that I haven't before, and that is during "This Little Light of Mine" (Quest ID 7654). It refuses to pick up "Fluffy's Bones" from "Fluffy The Dracolich". Doesn't matter if it's white listed, it won't get picked up nor will it count the item towards the predetermined total you've set (I.E. 10 for that quest). It will just keep fighting him. I've switched it from temp to regular items, moved the apostrophe in the "Fluffy's" around but it is the one thing that I have found to not pick up at all. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this. Other than this, I absolutely love this trainer. Much appreciate and thank you for the good work


Edit: I figured it out. I copy and pasted the word from my Character page " Fluffy’s Bones ". I had done this with the wikidot listing and it didn't work so I didn't think to try this out. Everything else seems to use ' and works perfectly versus what that uses. I have a 65% keyboard so I'm guessing it's one of the ones that are left out
