Bypassing the last BE Check

Hey guys , i just returned to BS and tried to bypass the BE checks , so what i already did:
-bypassed battleye service running check
-"bypassed" invalid client version when your try to rename normal client to _BE (just modified the patcher)

but now i am stuck at abnormal action.... ": BE : Game restart required"

i already found that thing in client but i cant find the check somehow , anyone got an idea ?
