Auric Cell Region Change

I know they basically go off of what original store/region you purchased the game off steam for auric cell pricing, however I was wondering if deleting the game and repurchasing it would alleviate that restriction?

For example you change your steam region to argentina for cheaper games, delete dbd and repurchase it with ARG would that work? I tried deleting and re-adding the game already which is basically just hiding it lol but that didn't work. But I'm wondering if repurchasing has any effect on the ingame store or not? I understand you don't get a new account or anything. It seems like not even BHVR understands that accounts are stuck on the old store.
