[Tutorial] How to make a Web Browser with Tabs!

Hello! Since I've made a web browser, I decided to teach all of you how to make one! *NOTE: This source is made from ME. I had not leeched ANYTHING.

Okay, I will divide this tutorial in parts.

Part One - Adding the parts:
You will need:
8 Buttons:
3 Ratio Buttons:
2 ComboBox
1 Menu Strip
1 Status Strip
1 Web Browser

Part Two - Putting to correct places:
1. Put all the buttons together on the top of the program in order.
2. Right-Click on the program, press Properties, and scroll down until you see "Size", "Maximum Size", and "Minimum Size".
3. Type in "1280, 800" to "Size" and "Maximum Size", then "1278, 780" to "Minimum Size".
4. The Menu Strip should be Docked on the very top of your program. Go to the "Type Here" and type in "File".
5. Click "File" and add these "Type Here"'s:
