science point income 999 (not displayed, but any project will finish in 1 turn)
player unit enhance, only works for newly trained units (-1 move ap cost, -1 or -3 attack ap cost, +3 max ap, +3 sight range)
player unit perform any action will level up to max

Update1:
add condition current turn available movement range = 0 to select next unit function, besides original current ap = 0, greatly reduce the need to click unit skip turn button
