why did u waste that much i still got the old version of the 360 that came out and it has yet to get the rrod or overheat on me ever u sir fail and how did it break?

I was playing Halo 2 for a bit but then i had to pause the game and help my mom out for 5 minutes
came back, the screen was pixely red.
After playing with that pixely red overlay for a week. i decided to stop playing after all.
Got back on a bit later, it was going well.
Then i got the E-74 error.
I wasn't a hardcore gamer back then and I played it before it even got hot so it wasn't overheating
Microsoft returned my call 2 weeks late and I already had my brother open the xbox, voiding the warranty. Now it's in my closet.
